Tom is a long-time cruiser and expert marine technician.  He is the primary person who commissions and delivers new Beneteau boats for one of the more high volume dealers in the country, Great Hudson Sailing in Haverstraw, New York.  Tom will perform the boat inspections during the pre-departure routine so as to ensure that all required gear is aboard.
